How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the app and go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Your previously purchased maps will be restored automatically through your Apple ID.

Why can't I see my purchased map?

Go to the "My Maps" tab to view all your purchased maps. If a map doesn't appear, try restoring purchases in Settings. If the issue persists, contact us.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.
